i always like to visit the Japanese mini market at the lower ground,there is a nice place to eat soba at 3rd/4th floor it's kind a hard to be found but it has the lake scenery there the soba was great

Try "curry corner". The curry is great! with amazing portion. Oh, and don't forget to buy sweets at "sticky". you may also see the handmade sweets there.
