I pulled into a pump and proceeded to throw the trash in my car away tonight, then I pumped my gas. I was accused of stealing in the parking lot by an employee, though she knew I never went inside.

Amber in Car Washing was absolutely stellar with her compassion to this unhappy, fuel-covered customer! If a machine goes faulty, it is out of everyone's control - how it's handled is what isn't!

Assistant Management and Car wash manager didn't exude stellar customer service as their customer was covered in fuel due to a faulty fuel level sensor. Praying for more experienced management!
