Good produce section. The deli and ready made food selection is better at the Jasper Ave location. The pre marinated chicken breasts are a great solution when you're stuck for dinner ideas.

Don't go right after work! It's pretty work right then. Also, if you go on 15% off Tuesday, try going later at night like after 7 or 8pm, you'll avoid the crowds and line ups!

The Rainbow Gelatin is a nice treat; for sandwiches try the pre-packed beef and ham, and for pizza topping, the deli Cabrese Salami.
