I don't suggest going in late at night, there was only 1 cash open to serve everyone. Waited at least 10 - 15 mins to buy 2 items.

express lanes are slow as hell, the customer service desk staff are rude. don't go in if you're in a rush.

Metro's customer service is great - very polite helpful staff. also try their fresh bread -- beautiful!

If you go to Tim Horton's there, look out because they always try to sneak decaf in mine. Don't be afraid to call them on it!
