Her bangs gives me an attitude. We get told you told me to cut the bangs I said trim they don't know the difference. I've gone to other Petsmart groomers this is the worse. Dog looked better before ~

She went in to get groomed. I think the manager needs an attitude adjustment and they need to go back to grooming school. This is a pissed off customer.

Pets don't go outside if you use the hotel. They will tell you otherwise but if you look around, no grass area.

If you're in need of a vet, look no further. I have been bringing my 3 dogs here for 3 years and absolutely adore the staff, especially dr. Hanel... Our family favorite! Wellness plans are great!
