The chicken salad sandwich is excellent, & I prefer that either on a salad@or an onion bagel. The raspberry turkey is awesome on wheat bread. Soak your bagel chips in the soups for a very tasty dish!!

Hudson Bagel is more than a breakfast place. We stop there in the early evening and have some of their great soups. There usually are two to choose from. The menu is huge and keeps growing.

We like picking out a couple of bagels from among the 20 or so. Ordering mugs of coffee, grabbing a newspaper, finding an open table and relaxing for a while.

I love Hudson Bagel and Coffee and have never been disappointed in the food - my favorites being the crunch bagels. The pumpkin white chocolate cream cheese is amazing!
