Don't be shy if you're waiting and no one acknowledges you. Just get their attention and they'll get back on track! Not the best customer service, but it's the only location near by.

The double register concept isn't working out here and often leaves the customer feeling neglected. There is no reason to not pay when they take your order. This should be an easy fix for management.
