Great park, but beware that some folks like to launch fireworks in the evening. We were quite surprised since Michigan State Parks are supposed to be fireworks free! Park staff didn’t seem to care.

Very nice state park. Sites are wide, but fairly short in depth. We had to park our 35ft coach diagonally to get level and have some living space. Very quite!!

This park practices recycling for many common materials, especially plastics. Be sure to separate your trash accordingly.

Make sure to clean up after hours, plenty of skunks and raccoons that are teaming up to roam the camp sites in the dark for goodies to eat.
