Not the best place if you really need to study since all the noise from the people downstairs travels throughout the library and the few quiet rooms are always taken (usually by people sleeping)

Don't buy magazines. Come here and look through any magazine you'd like. Rent DVDs too. Get on free wifi. Bring ur kids in for story time!
