Almost every time I go, something is wrong with projection. Recently, the image didn't fill the screen, effectively halving the film. On another visit, I had to tell them the film was out of focus.

Don't plan your day too well. They won't issue an Unlimited ticket unless there's more than 10-20 mins BETWEEN films (including trailers and credits) unless you complain.
