Place definitely earns its "Econo" name, but the lady at the reception desk was extremely nice in helping us get around town and enjoying all Cortland had to offer. Don't eat the breakfast!

Avoid avoid avoid. Wallpaper peeling off walls, no insulation around door and no wifi. I'm freezing my ass off and barely any heat.
