If you're visiting there are no signs or directions to find the hotel. Car park is behind Fort Dunlop building. Walk passed gym to find entrance.

I hate writing negative posts, but I think somebody needs to take a really long look at staff training. Terrible bar knowledge and we've waited 40 minutes for them to cash up a till for a drink.
