Coffee isn't great, the one in the room is better than the one they have for breakfast. Only black tea in room. Room service rude, just says takes a long time as they are busy. Staff disorganised.

WiFi: there is Wifi in the lobby (Victoria) and on the 9th floor (Palazzo Caupa). The latter requires a username and pw, which is guest/guest

I've been here for a week and I cannot really complain. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. The hotel also offers free wifi in the lobby and the 9th floor. There are also 3 pools.
