Sewer backed up into the bathtub. They have no phone and they charge 13p for calls. Hallways smell like mold. On the other hand they have a ton of signage so that's good i guess.

If you have a car......good luck with the parking!!! Glad we're only here for an overnight stay only. However staff at reception are friendly and very helpful.

Walls like paper, foyer full of fag smoke, food all soft and over cooked, probably so all the oldies can digest it! Don't recommend.

Parking is a gamble. You can use the staff car park at the rear when it's chocka..!

If your a non smoker go in the back door, or hold your breath as you go in the front... Far too many people smoking right outside the front door making reception area inside smelly of smoke too .....

Good Job we are only here 1 night, it's nice, clean, not practical, bursting alright, it's bursting with old people and little space!!!
