Good hotel, very kind staff, good rooms, excellent shower, clean room. The restaurant is good and the fish & ships was the best I tried in my stay in England! The beer is also great!

Set the bar really low with their Christmas meal for our companies do. Cold food, vinegar for red wine and rubber crimbo puds - bah humbug

Look at the size of that spoon I'm supposed to stir my cappuccino with. :( The cafe/bar here is utmost failure. Really.

No hot food or room service after 11. The petrol station across the road is your best bet for late night food but you can't eat it in the hotel bar..

Outstanding beds and pillows ! This is a place to have a good sleep. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is discrete and efficient. Sole false note was a slightly burned meat for dinner.

Careful opening the windows; you might not be able to shut them back and freeze at night. It took the guy 20 min to get it shut.

WiFi is free & very strong. Coffee is disgusting. Nice atmosphere for meetings. Bar staff are lazy, make mistakes with orders & then charge 10% service for the privilege!! (cheeky). Reject it.

Lovely hotel. My tip, remember that some rooms you insert your access card to turn the lights on....hopefully this will prevent toe stubs!
