The staff is obnoxious and arrogant. They always act like you are inconveniencing them if you ask a question. So rude. Other than the staff it’s a great hotel.

Now my go to hotel! Service was amazing and the rooms were newer. Very clean and appealing! Pool life guard was on his game!! Best hotel pool ever, so warm and a rooftop view <3

Se vc pegar o quarto no andar M, vc precisa passar por uma escada... sim, uma escada. É pequena, mas vc chega cansada e com um monte de malas e não há uma rampa para vc passar com elas.
