Staff was very polite and friendly. Our room was very spacious and clean. Could use some updates. Within a shirt drive to downtown Milwaukee & Miller Park.

front desk sup. was extremely rude, pool was very small & filled with little kids til after 10:30pm & then closed at 11, blood on a pillow case & no fridge!! Never again at any STARWOOD owed place!!

Best Hotel for events or leisure. Always great service, can't wait to see how the hotel will look after some places get their remodel.

Decent place to stay. Our bathroom needs some work. If you opt out of housekeeping you get $5 each day in the bar/restaurant. A cool concept. No fridge in our room.

Josh & Tammi are the best morning wait staff! . In room sining is poor. Also, watch your folio carefully-they will "accidentally" overcharge for comped items. Overall satisfactory experience. 3.5/5.
