Hotel dated, carpet in hallways dirty.... not enough storage space in cupboard with no shelves.

Great central location when staying in Parramatta. Rooms need a facelift though. Wifi is not free for guests which is a seriously bad in my opinion. Room overlooking pool was nice a quiet.

Room maintenance seems to be a problem. AWESOME reception staff. Small spaces for cars. Food for room service is hit n miss. Close to train and busway. Quite rooms.

Don't bother relying on you taxi to wait for you, other guests are told to take yours instead!

Make sure you request tomato sauce if u order chips on room service - surprisingly isn't standard!
