Horrible experience: I ordered food at the reception (since they do not provide room service for food or water), which never got prepared since they forgot about it. Brandon is the only good host here

Horrible Experience during my stay here. When I arrived to my room there was no soap (bath and hand). When I requested it at the front desk, it literally took them 2 hours to bring it to my room.
