Much more stylish than I expected for the Birkenstock district in Berkeley. Some rooms look at the bay bridge. Lobby has some real flair.

Why have a complicated system of needing a key card to operate the elevators, when there's an open staircase right next to them?

They have no parking...self or valet. They do have a great bar and the rooms are very nice. I'd come back.
