Great location on Gran Via, friendly staff, cosy rooms with vintage feel. Air conditioning/ventilation was not effective.

Great location. Service is average. Definitely old vibe; well past it's prime. Room average size. Dirty linens and pillows. Dusty cups and napkins, poor housekeeping. Limit 3 devices for the slow wifi

Big and clean rooms, a bit out dated though. The hotel has a marvelous rooftop bar and pool with a nice view over Madrid!

Although it's an old good looking building, the rooms are divided into small ones. The smell is bad as if it never saw the light and the team are not friendly at All, You feel unwelcome everywhere.
