I love HIEs. The pools are clean, beds comfy, linens fresh (yay multiple pillows!), & the hot, free breakfast is unparalleled. Wi-Fi is always strong and the staff friendly. This HIE is no different.

There is a front desk employee named gertie - she is a rude, unprofessional, unstable lunatic. Very bad experience here.
