Ok hotel, but the service in the restaurant is far from what is expected from a 5-star hotel. Views from the rooms to the mountains are excellent.

Waited an hour for 2 glasses of prosecco which never arrived. We left and cancelled the order. We got an apology and acknowledgement that they knew there was a problem but that didn't change anything
