Check in was less than desired, three in party, had to ask for a cookie and was handed 2 for 3 people, asked for a 3rd for the other person in the party and was told, no.

This place is great! All the staff is friendly and go out of their way to help.... don't forget about the yummy cookie. :-)

It's an "Ok" hotel. Less than what I expect from a Double Tree. As usual cookies are nice but it seams a little rundown and service can be nicer.

Cleanliness issues, found candy wrappers by bed, bottle cap by lamp, and ants on workdesk upon checkin. Staff on all 3 shifts (esp today's day shift clerk) unhelpful, unfriendly, and unapologetic.

The hotel is Eco friendly so you have to beg for towels and room to be cleaned and the bathroom is WAY to small
