Acceptable business-focused hotel; serves primarily as a training centre. The restaurant food isn't that great or service either, perhaps because staff don't get tips passed on room charges.

Bulk of their business is in conferences and corporate training - most guests have no choice whether they come here or not, and it shows in the complete lack of care and attention from staff

Rooms+park nice. The food is a must avoid. £31 Prosecco tastes like cheap fizzy wine, replaced by a bottle of white wine, waitress dumped it on the table with the cork screwed. New management needed!

Prepare to turn into a dry husk while you wait for the restaurant staff to bring you your drink. 15 mins and counting... Still, it's only ridiculously over priced anyway.

Given the cost of everything, I'm not very impressed. The "service" in the restaurant is poor. I've not been offered any drinks twice now. And my shower was cold this morning. Not coming back.
