If you are mad enough to book a room bring plenty of cash or be prepared to be stung for a credit card fee. This just sums up their entire approach to customer relations.

Dont stay here unless you really have to. Smallest hotel room I've ever seen. Food not good. If I was staying for more than 1 night, I would have changed hotels.

Awful service, completely ignored by reception twice and we're still trying to figure out whether that was cigarette ash or mold in the kettle. Don't stay here.

No heating in room and pneumatic drill outside started at twenty to eight. Rubbish!
