從梨泰院站穿過商店街走到小丘半腰約5分鐘，提供多人寢室外亦有單人房，進出都需按大門密碼因此不太需要擔心安全性。房内有冷暖氣、延長線、簡易掛衣架，共用浴室和廚房、冰箱，前台24小時有人，免費WiFi。周邊生活機能佳，尤其週六夜晚更為瘋狂！
