Walking distance to the beach. About a minute and a half to the boardwalk. Free coffee and cookies in the morning :D

Keep your expectations low and you will be OK. Fine for a place to crash near the beach and boardwalk, but rooms are tiny, cramped and often musty smelling. A place to sleep and nothing more.
