While conveniently located, the lines are always terrible if you aren't able to make an appointment. You can't get seen on football weekends either, so I'd suggest going elsewhere if it's urgent.

Always make an appointment! Except when you call to make the appt they tell you can only walk in. Then when you get here they tell you to make an appt to cut down waiting time. MAKE UP YOUR MIND!
