Surgical Day Care is right beside the Emergency entrance. No entrance from the main hospital.

Was told by 1 nurse visiting hrs 'til 8pm but can stay late then another nurse was rude to us for coming in @ 9pm!

Very poor professionalism. They left an elderly patient out in the waiting room with catheter attached by himself. No nurses assisting him to use washroom. Other people in waitin room had to help him.
