HTAR used to be the good hospital that most people can count on. But now, it losses the main part - service & countability. Besides, the hygiene level at this hospital can be considered "critical".

I feel pity seeing patient's family sitting on the floor outside the wards while waiting for their family.They should provide more link chairs for visitors in the blank space of the hospital.

Hospital ni memang the second busiest hospital in Malaysia after HKL...all staff had given their best to served the patient but still get so much complain from them regarding our service...

Kanak2 boleh bawak naik atas depan ICU.cuma tak dapat masok yer...ok dah tu...layan memuaskan lah..yang bagus doktor ramai yang pakar2 dan comel2...heheheh

Closest hosp is selayang, sungai buloh n HKL.. Hopefully the new opening of shah alam hosp will reduce patient traffic here n it will be more comfortable n convenient.

No matter how they've upgraded their facilities/services forsure takkan capai up to our expectations. Believe it or not kalau serious cases private pun akan campak patients ke sini. So suck it up!
