it's now called Schlüssel and the new owners used to run the Restaurant zur Säge in Flüh, still excellent and still expensive as hell.....

Bestes Gourmetrestaurant in Basel und Umgebung - und vor allem der souveränste Staff, locker und perfekt. Nur das Brot (Sutter?) - da könnte man noch nachbessern :-).
