We ate around Vientiane a fair bit. PVO is the best and cheapest! We are gonna find a closer hotel next time.

We ate at PVO after we had breakfast at Croissant d'Or, and the quality of the baguette sandwich at PVO was way better, on par with the one we had at The Scandinavian Bakery yesterday. Cheaper too!
