This is a great neighborhood spot. Fattening American choices abound, but one can eat healthily as well. Scallops and veggies and other delicious dishes! VERY kind owner lady up front.

I am so excited to have Kuang's in my hood! NOT greasy/salty, fresh veggies, & friendly service! Anything fried is lightly crispy, noodles, rice, chicken, soup - can't go wrong! Best I've had in PDX!
