Good food like in all ihop but not cheap! The waitress here was a little rude when she saw that we didn't give a tip! We really don't like that!

I thought the House of Pancakes would have more pancake options but was cheered by the syrup selection and the Rooty Tooty Fresh 'N' Fruity. Overall I would rate this 10 lukewarm pancakes out of 10.
