Wife asked for a Medium Rare Steak 45mins later it arrives Well Done, she had to leave it, they offered to do another but we couldn't wait another 45mins it was really cold in there anyway.

Freezing cold in here and service unbelievably slow. Food OK when it eventually arrives.

Good menu but service can be disorganised, and that's based on a few visits. Don't go if you're on a tight deadline.
