There always seems to be a long wait, and when paying with a card be prepared for them to add on a service charge. Not worth the time and effort for mediocre pizza

Pizza is great, ribs fall off the bone, and the sandwiches on fireside bread are enough for dinner and lunch the next day. Plus staff is super accommodating.

Customer service at this restaurant has been chronically below the bar. I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first as they were new but their is no cohesion in their service. Don't waste your time
