Michelin 1 Star. Inexpensive and traditional menu. The service is also “traditionally hk” too: chaotic, loud, personal (mostly poor, sometimes good).

They cook it over charcoal so will take some time, but worth the wait! The salted fish claypot wasn't too great though. Come early or you'll have to queue at the door too.
