It took 20 min. to get water, and we didn't even get all our food. We left irate. The manager handled the situation very poorly and ignored us. She said the food was free then gave us a check for $20.

We were there for 30 minutes before getting our drinks, and then it took another 20 to get someone to talk to us. When the food came, it was terrible, undercooked, and had hair in it. We walked out.

Place was almost empty and they sat us in the booth right next to the only other customers. Why would they do that?

7 June 2013. It took 30 minutes to get a salad after ordering at lunch. We wondered why there was only one other person there at noon! I wonder how long we would have waited for it if they were busy!

Terrible service. The table next to us got there after us, got to order first. Then it took us 40 minutes to get our food after we ordered. Eaten here before and never had a problem until now
