Extensive menu and wine list. But unfortunately it's over priced average quality food. Really nice traditional pub ambience though.

If you are in the area, it's a must visit gastropub. Some months ago it was taken over by Raymond Blanc's group. Very friendly service, nicely cooked meals and a "flaming" baked alaska for the end.

Really good food. But ruined a little by poor service. Perhaps in the main restaurant things are better. Don't get stuck out in the bar. Waitresses don't check on you enough.

Newly extended & looks nice. We had a very poor service experience which lessened our impressions of the place. Staff are very inexperienced & slow. Food was nice (although one main was cold).
