More like an Argos, than a McDonalds. Order on the right side of the counter, note the large number printed on your receipt, then wait, whilst watching the screen, for you number to be called out.

Nothing but problems with this McDonald's, avoid! Ive received a burger without a bun, and three lots of wrong orders!
