Customer service is deplorable here. Quite sad, really. Is it that hard to give service with a smile, get an order right, and not make customers wait a ridiculously long time?

Witnessed the "manager" operating the grill, and placing meat without gloves. Be warned. Reported to health department, and serv-safe for inspection
