Tea and cakes are excellent. But the staff lacks coordination and required pleasenteries. Especially the guy whose serving the tables. No manager in sight.

Fantastic place to stop and take in the view and refreshments! Freshly brewed tea, tall glasses of steaming fresh milk, tons of fresh strawberries, even delectable freshly baked chocolate cake. Yum!
