The omelette's are baked and really fluffy. If you really have a huge appetite get the 3 egg but I get just the 2 egg. Coffee is left on the table.

Mexican revolution amazing! Ranchito sauce on this was great. Egg white omelette not good. Eggs too fluffy and tasted fake!
