My first Bess experience. Staff was a little "meh" customer-service-wise. Coffee is about the same as DD, I'd say. Not to offend any BE lovers out there. Doughnuts are standard fare as well.

This is the worst Bess Eaton I have ever been to. Choose the other one 5 minutes down the street.
