Bought a tea in a takeaway cup but lid was too small so sat down to brew the tea and sip it before going to catch a train, offered to pay cover but received a barrage of abuse from owner. Not cool.

We bought two cups of coffee and told the counter staff we wanted to have them at the cafe. Got shouted at for wanting to sit at the terrace and was "allowed" to sit in the bar area. Very bad service.
