i always go straight to the bdo atm inside the department store...there's lesser people...and if you're lucky no one is lining up...

Sucky customer service. Only good thing about BDO is that they are open 7days/week, and their office hours are longer. But otherwise, slow and unfriendly service, borderline condescending. Ugh.
