Carmax is a joke. They sell you a car w/ problems, say the car is fine and all of your time is wasted going back and forth. Bought a car 7 weeks ago, and have had to go back 3 times already

Waste of my time! They sat me down to appraise my car. 45 minutes later they show me the checklist of how good my car is and then hit me with a number 4000 less than book value. STUPID!
