For being a national carrier, MAS is bringing shame to the nation for its dismal customer service. They advertise the contact number on website and all, BUT NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE.

The contact number can be call in but no one is answer!!! keep calling from yesterday until now. What is the use for the contact number? is it just display it for fun? so disappointed!
