Try not to come when they are about to close(6pm). Front desk is rushed & locks you out of the waiting area regardless if its freezing outside, if you're pregnant & don't have a sweater.

Be prepared. They will try to up sell you. Even if you've already up sold, they will try to up sell the up sell.

get hte unlimited $325 annual card (that's less than a buck a day). Buy your own tire dressing and applicator sponge and do your own tires. And don't forget to tip at least a buck.
